Since I can't post my race pics yet this shot is for Barefoot Neil Z - I saw it going through the lost and found photos from Sunday's marathon in Victoria, BC.
Race report soon - wrap-up dinner is tonight so I'll probably work on it tomorrow for Friday's post.
I like that. That person has some nice form. I am getting some compression sleeves this week. I hope they are as awesome as every one says.
